Memo Homes is a small, owner-managed collection of two stays in Antalya, Türkiye — Gedeller Villa in the pine-covered foothills, and Lara Duplex a few minutes from the beach. There's no management company or call centre behind these listings, just the people who actually look after the properties, answering messages themselves.
The villa and the duplex were never meant to be the same kind of stay. One sits quietly above Konyaaltı, built for slow mornings, a private garden, and a view worth the drive up the hill. The other sits close to Lara Beach, built for people who'd rather walk to the sand and a restaurant than get in a car. Between them, they cover most of what a trip to Antalya might need — some guests even split a longer visit between the two.
